It all started when Marsha moved here and could not find any local food that was not sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. So, she had to be part of the solution and Sustainable Neighbors was sown and a wonderful community has blossomed, full of folks who inspire one another to learn, grow, prepare, preserve and eat vibrant healthy food!

We network and promote local food entrepreneurship as an important economic opportunity to strengthen our local economy. We need more urban growers and local food artisans!
